Transaction Intent

Transactional intent or buying intent is when someone is ready to buy a particular product or service – for example, if they search for “ best price SEO tools of September 2022 “, their intent is to know the best price they can buy.

You can use the SemRush free keyword intent analysis to discover your audience’s search intent.

It is easy to use. Go there and enter your seed keyword into their search bar, and it will let you know what the intent of the keyword is.

Search intent is important for affiliate marketing because it allows you to target your audience more effectively. 

By understanding what people are looking for when they search for something, you can better match your products and services to their needs.

How do you find the Keywords That People are Searching for?

There are a few methods you can use to find the keywords people are searching for.

• The first is to use a keyword research tool like Google AdWords Keyword Planner, and SEMrush

Both of these tools will allow you to input a seed keyword and see related keywords that people are searching for. You can then use these keywords in your blog content to attract traffic from search engines.

• Another method is to use Google search autocomplete. Start typing in a seed keyword and see what Google suggests as you type. 

These are typically popular keywords that people are searching for, copy and input the keyword in SEMrush to know the search intent behind it.

• Hang out where your audiences are hanging out to know more about them.

Then use their common language to attract them to your affiliate marketing links.

 Use these keywords to create unique blog content and add your affiliate links.

• Finally, you can look at competitor websites and see what keywords they are targeting. 

You can use these same keywords in your blog content to attract traffic from search engines and social media.

 This will give you an idea of the different types of searches that are being made, what people are looking for, and the intent behind the search.

2. Create content that matches search intent.

Once you know what people are searching for, you can create content that matches their intent. 

As an affiliate marketer, your content should be focused on helping people make a purchase. If you’re providing information, then your content should be focused on giving people the information they’re looking for.

Because of Search Engine Algorithm changes I will say you should create 40% Informational content, 60% Commercial, & Transactional content.

So that no matter how the search engines change their algorithm, it will not affect you.

What all of them want is to help them retain their users, and as long as you are providing value to people, you are safe.

3. Add Calls to Action to the Content to Increase Affiliate income.

After you have gotten your search intent data, and you have used it to create valuable content that matches the intent, don’t forget to add call to action to the content.
